Step 1 PERMISSION
Establish interest with pupils but double check dates and viability with SLT before contacting us!
Step 2 QUOTATION
Contact us by email info@helleneschooltravel.com, online Enquiry Form or telephone to discuss your ideas. Please provide as much detail as possible to ensure we provide a customised Itinerary and Cost.
Step 3 PROVISIONAL BOOKING
If our offer is suitable, let us know and we’ll reserve flights, hotels and coaches without obligation.
Step 4 PROMOTE THE TOUR
To pupils and parents
Step 5 CONFIRMATION
Complete and Return the Booking Form with Deposits. The final balance is due 10 weeks before departure.
Step 6 PAPERWORK
We’ll support you through the planning process – Risk Assessment, Diets, Free Entry Permits, Greek Guiding Permits, API (Advanced Passenger Information) and Visas. You will receive relevant travel documentation, emergency contact numbers, a destination guidebook, local maps and directions to pre-booked visits. Additionally, clients will be given archaeological site notes.
