COVID Guarantee
We will always be totally transparent in our dealings with Customers and offer accurate and relevant advice as we have in the past.
Cancellations and postponements will apply under the following C-19 related circumstances:
- FCDO advise against travel to your destination, or a country you have to travel through to reach your destination
- DfE advises against overnight residential/overseas school trips to your destination
- The country you are visiting, or a country you need to travel through to reach your destination, is on the red travel list (Please visit the government website for the latest information on the red travel list)
- Quarantine is required upon returning from the country you are visiting, or a country you need to travel through on your return journey
- Quarantine is required upon arriving in your destination
- Local or national lockdown restrictions preventing your groups’ departure
If within 31 days of departure your tour is cancelled or significantly curtailed under these circumstances, we will discuss refunds or postponements as required.
Refund* A full refund as soon as possible after the scheduled date of departure
Postpone* the trip to a more suitable date for no additional costs other than changes in fares as applied by our suppliers
* Applicable to group cancellation when the deposit payment schedule has been adhered to. Standard terms and conditions apply to individual passenger cancellation
Covid measures in place to ensure a safe and comfortable trip
Our accommodation and coach providers have put in place a number of measures to mitigate the risks of COVID, which include social distancing, increased hygiene protocols, contactless payments, regular sanitising, use of facemasks in public areas, temperature checks, Staff Training and providing our customers with up to date information on in country C-19 regulations.
